
This document outlines participation terms, fulfillment structure, and refund conditions for the Education Forward initiative.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which also govern participation in the Education Forward initiative.
Education Forward provides homeowner educational resources, planning tools, and optional guided support through a structured access system.
Participation provides access to:
Educational resources (digital and/or printed)
Community-based distribution or local pickup of printed materials, where applicable.
Optional orientation sessions (where applicable)
Educational resources may include digital materials, printed guides, planning tools, and optional orientation support depending on the selected system.
Upon completing participation:
A confirmation email will be issued
Digital resources (if included) will be made available
Participation details will be recorded for fulfillment and access purposes
Participants are responsible for ensuring their email information is accurate.
Participants are responsible for checking their spam or junk email folders if confirmation emails are not received promptly.
Where digital resources are included, access instructions are provided by email through a secure portal or designated access method.
Participants are responsible for:
providing accurate email information,
following access instructions,
and ensuring device compatibility.
Because digital educational resources are delivered immediately upon access, digital access fees are non-refundable once access credentials or portal entry have been issued.
Printed materials are made available through designated local pickup locations where applicable.
Participants:
will receive pickup instructions by email,
and must present a valid participation confirmation to collect materials.
Fulfillment Terms:
Printed materials are considered fulfilled once made available for pickup.
Education Forward is not responsible for:
unclaimed materials,
missed pickup communications,
or loss or damage after pickup.
Pickup locations operate independently and maintain their own business hours.
Participants are responsible for collecting printed materials within any applicable pickup period communicated by the designated pickup location.
Where included, guided orientation sessions are intended to help homeowners better understand their home systems, planning materials, and maintenance considerations.
Sessions are typically conducted as guided 60-minute Zoom meetings. In-home sessions may be available depending on location and availability.
scheduling their session,
attending at the agreed time,
and reviewing provided materials beforehand where applicable.
Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate advance rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
Due to the nature of digital educational content, printed material coordination, and optional guided support, purchases become non-refundable once any of the following has occurred:
Digital access has been issued;
Printed materials have entered fulfillment or have been made available for pickup;
An orientation session has been completed or commenced.
Transactions are processed by CS Factor Book Publishing Inc. through secure third-party payment providers.
Payment information is processed by secure third-party payment providers and is not stored by Education Forward unless required for accounting or legal purposes.
Applicable taxes are included where stated at checkout.
