
This document outlines participation terms, fulfillment structure, and refund conditions for the Education Forward initiative.

Education Forward operates as a participation-based educational initiative, not a retail sales platform.
Participation provides access to:
Educational resources (digital and/or printed)
Community-based distribution of materials
Optional orientation sessions (where applicable)
Participation supports the development and distribution of educational materials and associated community awareness efforts.
Upon completing participation:
A confirmation email will be issued
Digital resources (if included) will be made available
Participation details will be recorded for fulfillment and access purposes
Participants are responsible for ensuring their email information is accurate.
Where digital resources are included:
Access is provided upon confirmation through a designated portal or secure access method
Participants may be required to create or use login credentials to access materials
Access instructions will be provided in the confirmation email
Due to the nature of digital content:
Access is considered delivered once login credentials, access links, or portal entry has been provided
Education Forward is not responsible for failure to access materials due to:
Incorrect email information
Failure to follow access instructions
Technical limitations on the participant’s device
All participation involving digital access is considered final and non-refundable once access has been issued.
Printed materials are made available through the Education Forward initiative and participating community distribution locations.
Participants:
Will be notified when materials are available for pickup
Must present a valid participation confirmation (digital or printed) to collect materials
Fulfillment Terms:
Printed materials are considered fulfilled once they have been made available for pickup at the designated location
Education Forward is not responsible for:
Failure to collect materials
Delays caused by participant scheduling, availability, or missed communications
Loss or damage after materials have been collected
Additional Notes:
Distribution locations operate independently and may have their own hours of operation
Participants are responsible for arranging pickup within a reasonable timeframe
Where included, orientation sessions are provided as part of the Education Forward initiative and are intended to support practical understanding of home systems and maintenance planning.
Standard sessions are conducted as guided 60-minute Zoom sessions
Session format (Zoom or in-home) is determined based on:
Location
Availability
Scope of the session
In-home sessions are not guaranteed and are offered at the discretion of Education Forward where appropriate
Scheduling Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
Scheduling their session using the provided process
Attending at the agreed time
Preparing for the session using provided materials (where applicable)
Scheduling Conditions
Sessions may be conducted via Zoom or in-home (where available)
In-home sessions may involve additional time and service considerations based on location and scope
Rescheduling & Attendance
Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests
Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session
Additional Considerations
In-home sessions may involve additional time, travel, or service considerations
Any additional requirements will be communicated during scheduling
Non-Transferable Value
Orientation sessions are included as part of the educational participation
They do not carry a standalone refundable or transferable value
Participants are encouraged to review their materials prior to scheduling to ensure a focused and effective session.
Due to the nature of this initiative, which includes:
Immediate access to digital educational materials
Structured educational content delivered upon confirmation
Community-based coordination for printed materials and optional sessions
As a result, refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind after participation is completed
Failure to access or utilize digital materials once delivered
Failure to collect printed materials made available for pickup
Failure to schedule or attend optional orientation sessions
In limited situations, participation concerns may be reviewed at the sole discretion of CS Factor Book Publishing Inc.
Any review:
Is conducted on a case-by-case basis
Does not guarantee a refund or adjustment
Does not establish precedent for future requests
All participation transactions are processed by:
CS Factor Book Publishing Inc.
Payments are handled through secure third-party providers.
Applicable taxes are included where stated at the time of participation.
