4. Begin exploring the guide and planning materials at your own pace.
Inside the Home Maintenance Guide
The guide provides a structured overview of common residential systems and key maintenance considerations, including:
Planning and preparation for home system awareness
Plumbing fixtures and common maintenance considerations
Electrical systems and safety devices
Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Exterior maintenance awareness for roofs, gutters, and siding
Windows, doors, and exterior envelope considerations
Garage doors and mechanical components
Interior hardware, surfaces, and flooring awareness
